Brought gift card for my daughter in law for her birthday. Very quickly delivered. Professional all the way.My daughter in law put thr money towards highlights red ones looked amazing made her day.

Had a girl cut my daughters hair and by far the worst I have ever seen.
Age 8 my daughter is she came out crying her eyes out and hating her hair.
The girl I think is named Danielle new apparently literally cut my daughters hair way to short had to tell her to stop cutting. She then cut it all uneven.
When I called the man on reception said don't worrie it will grow back I'm sorry that's disgusting attitude to have and especially 8 year old girl how is this acceptable.
I spoke to the manger this morning told her to come back my daughter is now to scared to go hairdressers.
I would avoid at all cost I'm going to look into this further as I really do think this girl was not qualified. Compensation would be a good gesture not it will grow back.

After an awful haircut at another salon, Flavio was recommended and didn't disappoint. He understood exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He showed me how to blow dry the new style and was really helpful.

I am not making a customer complaint - your salon and staff are excellent & it is because of this I am disappointed: I live in France and have come over once a year (for 5 years), for cut & colour but this year you were too busy to fit me in!! I now realise I should email ahead. Your popularity speaks for itself! Hopefully I'll see you next year.

Stefania made my dreams come true! I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she took her time and did a stellar job! It wasn’t an easy job but she pulled it off, will be booking with her again!

Mikaela was brilliant and knew everything about hair! Really happy with the cut and blowdry she suggested. The other staff at check in were also helpful.

Fasana is always delightful and makes a superb job of colour. I also enjoy the head massage and coffee. Much appreciated the special 50% off colour deal- it buys my loyalty !

Was looking forward to having perm done which didn't take on hair on top of head and my clothes on my back got soaked not wet at the sink when rinsing perm solution off. I couldn't believe the lack of empathy from my hairdresser Liza or the others, I'm nearly 70 with medical issues and I was so cold I had to get home ASAP took me hours to warm up and to notice my new perm was flat on top of head was last straw really was a terrible afternoon. Came to headmasters beckenham for the first time wanting something knew, I had a rough idea and some photos and Kasey was amazing! She spent half an hour consulting me on what we could do, including what was possible today and what we would do next time. She was so knowledgeable and professional and I will definitely be coming back and recommending to others.

Been to headmasters in Richmond.
Haircut ok, awful blowdry. Stylist never asked if I wanted straight hair so she had a herself. Blowdry lasted until I went out of salon door. It is a good job that I had a haiband and hair-tie with me as I looked like a proper idiot - all for £72

Will never use Headmasters again.

I have been a client at Headmasters Wimbledon Village for nearly 40 years. While I have occasionally swapped salons when my regular hairdresser has left, I have always ended up back at this salon because I have always been happy with every cut I have had there (even with different stylists) and also with any colouring services. Their half-price colour sales and other promotions are also attractive (eg discount on daytime services on weekdays). Lots of staff at this branch (including receptionists) have worked there for many years, which assures good customer service and indicates it’s a friendly, happy place to work and a pleasant environment for customers. Refreshments and magazines always offered too.
This week I had to change stylists as my previous hairdresser (Merel) had moved abroad. I was very pleased with the way Nicola styled my hair and it was easy to build rapport with her, so I will be happy to adopt her as my regular stylist in future. It is reassuring that when one has to change stylists (as is often inevitable over a long period of time) this is a salon where the transition is easy and worry free.

Neda from Tunbridge Wells

I had a haircut from Neda in Tunbridge Wells headmasters and she was so lovely and friendly. Really went out her way to make sure my hair cut was precisely how I wanted it. I felt as though she went beyond the standard level of doing what I asked for. She really made sure it was perfect. I also find having hair cuts a bit awkward and she was so easy to talk to and very funny.
